I'm a software engineer and architect with a decade of experience designing and operating complete systems, from architecture and backend development to integration and production. I'm comfortable across varied stacks and demanding contexts, taking projects from scoping all the way to implementation.
Today I focus on three areas: applied AI and LLMs (agents, retrieval pipelines, workflow automation), software architecture, and backend engineering. I bring to them the same rigor I've applied to mission-critical, high-stakes systems throughout my career.
Over those years, I've led engineering as a co-founder and CTO, founded my own venture, and spent six years as a software architect in defense R&D. These roles share the same scope: from architecture down to code running in production, on systems where reliability and security are critical.
